Keith's Emerald Rice

3 cups cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
3 cups cooked rice
1/2 bunch fresh spinach, washed and pat dried
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup half&half cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt (no salt substitute okay)
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients
  2. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish
  3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until hot. Serves 8.
